Export your data
Settings → Privacy has Download your information: a machine-readable JSON export of the account data we hold about you, including profile, billing records, tickets, and activity.
Privacy requests
/privacy/request/ is the form for a formal request: access, correction, or deletion. You do not need to be signed in.
/do-not-sell/ is the opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal, and when it is detected the site footer says so.
The Privacy Policy is the authoritative statement of what is collected and why.

Deleting the account
A deletion request goes through the privacy form above. Two things to know before you send it:
- Destroy your servers first if you want to stop being billed today. A deletion request is not a cancellation, and hourly metering carries on until the servers are gone. See Stop paying for a server.
- Some records have to be kept for tax and accounting reasons even after the account is closed. The Privacy Policy sets out which and for how long.
Session recordings
The public site and the client portal may record a session replay to help diagnose interface problems. The operations console is never recorded, and secret displays such as passwords and API keys are masked out of the recording rather than captured and hidden.
