Register at /account/register/. There is no username: the account is the email address, so use the one you want receipts, provisioning credentials and support replies to reach.
If you have already emailed us
Sending the public contact form creates a placeholder record for your address so your ticket has somewhere to live. Registering with that same address claims the placeholder instead of refusing it, and your existing ticket history comes with you. You do not need to use a different address.
After you sign in
You land on Overview, the portal's home. The left rail is the whole portal, in this order:
| Entry | What lives there |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your servers, applications, recent activity, and announcements |
| Instances | Every server, and each server's own page |
| Applications | Apps built from your source code or a Docker image |
| Images | Installer ISOs for Bring your own ISO, and backup storage |
| Networking | Private networks, floating IPs, reverse DNS, firewall groups, bandwidth |
| Aegis | DDoS protection and the traffic it sees on your servers |
| Billing | Credit, statements, receipts, payment methods, bandwidth purchases |
| Support | Tickets |
| Rewards | Organization tenure tier, deposit bonus, and bandwidth rewards |
| Refer and earn | The invite bonus and the affiliate program |
| Settings | Organization, members, workspaces, single sign-on, API keys, profile, appearance, privacy, password, two-factor, and sessions |
Two controls sit in the top bar on every page: Create deploys a server or an application, and Ask AI answers questions from these docs. See Settings for what each settings page does.
Secure it before you deploy
The account holds a payment method and can destroy servers, so it is worth two minutes now:
- Add a second factor in Settings → Two-factor authentication. An authenticator app or a passkey both work, and you can enrol both.
- Save the recovery codes it shows you. They are displayed once.
See Two-factor authentication and passkeys.
